Jon is an experienced Chief Financial Officer with a strong background in technology and learning companies with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity fundraising, business coaching, financial and HR management.

Prior to joining Cavendish Education, Jon was Finance Director of ILX Group PLC, an AIM-quoted training and technology business with operations in Australia, New Zealand, Dubai, Denmark, mainland Europe, and the United States.

​

Jon supports Cavendish and its schools in all areas of financial management and planning.

He is a Chartered Management Accountant and has a degree in Mathematics and Philosophy from King’s College London.
