Emma Wylie

Emma is the Director of People for Cavendish Education.

Emma supports Cavendish Education with all areas of people development, training, culture and support HR.

She started her career in education as a teaching assistant for children with additional learning needs in a specialist provision. She later moved to a  recruitment company as an SEND recruitment consultant, moving into a learning and development role for teachers and support staff.  In this role she became an accredited Autism trainer for the National Autistic Society, Makaton trainer and a Team Teach trainer and developed and delivered a number of CPD accredited courses on subjects such as behaviour management. Emma’s ambition is to help people develop into the best version of themselves.

In her spare time Emma works as a personal carer for a quadriplegic young lady with profound and multiple learning difficulties, and enjoys yoga and reading.
