He has a lifelong passion for providing more opportunities for more young people. His dedication to this passion has spanned a career of over twenty five years within the specialist education and children’s services sector.
An independent SEN school founder himself, Simon went on to lead the development of a high-profile group of independent SEN schools. As Board Director and CEO of the Priory Education Group, he grew it into the largest of its kind in the UK.
He pioneered international development through the opening of the first British curriculum school for neurodivergent children in the Middle East and was the founding Chairman of a thriving education and care group focusing on prioritising educational outcomes for looked-after children.
Since joining Cavendish Education as CEO in 2019, Simon has overseen the expansion of the group from six to 22 schools across multiple UK locations, and its entry into the international market with the opening of its first school in Cairo, Egypt.
Simon now leads Global Development for Cavendish Education, striving to offer more opportunities for more neurodivergent young people on a Global scale.
