Jane Norris is the Principal of a small family of schools in the Kent and Medway region, namely Ripplevale School which has campuses in Broadstairs and Deal, and Ripplevale School and College in Rochester.

Jane's journey, which led to this point, started as Bursar of Ripplevale School, Deal over 20 years ago. Whilst in this school setting, her genuine interest in specialist education grew, and she took a keen interest not only in students' progression through their education but, pivotally, through the provision of their individual needs.

Throughout Jane’s journey at Ripplevale School, she has been instrumental in the growth of the school, increasing the provision by over 75% and providing places for many more students who benefit greatly from the school's unrivalled provision.

Jane works tirelessly to maintain the good relationships built with parents and carers and local authorities to ensure that Ripplevale’s family of schools remains as Kent's leading provider of placements for autistic students in schools that allow students to thrive educationally, emotionally and socially.
