A Unique Schools Group

Wilds Lodge School
Wilds Lodge School is a specialist therapeutic boarding and day school for pupils aged 5-19 years old with autistic spectrum condition and social, emotional and mental health needs.
School staff focus heavily on ensuring that children feel settled and safe and pupils quickly start to develop socially, emotionally and educationally. The whole-school therapeutic approach enables young people to thrive and to better manage their emotional responses.
"Children recognise the excellent progress that they make and the positive impact that the school has on their lives. One child who recently left wrote: ‘Thank you for giving me a second chance at life and making me the person I am today.’ Parents speak of the life-changing impact that the school has had for the child who attends and the whole family."

The school places an equal emphasis on the educational, social and psychological development of students. The key to the success of the school is a strong ethos, developed by a highly experienced and capable staff, and the strength of the relationships between the staff and the students.
"Staff are highly ambitious for pupils. They support pupils effectively to manage their specific needs and to engage with learning". Ofsted
