Clare Fordham is an experienced leader with more than 14 years’ service in specialist school leadership positions, health and safety and safeguarding roles, in addition to 15 years’ experience in construction services. As Compliance Manager at Cavendish Education, she oversees the operational development and implementation of compliance and systems across multiple schools.
She holds a variety of qualifications in Health and Safety, school business management, and governance, and brings both expertise and practical insight to her work. In addition to her role at Cavendish, she contributes her knowledge as a member of the Staploe Education Trust Advisory Board, serving as Health & Safety Lead for The Weatheralls Primary School.
